ARC Canada Announces Additional Hires – New Brunswickers Coming Home

Saint John, New Brunswick – ARC Canada is announcing its next round of new hires in its Canadian operations with continued job creation in the Province of New Brunswick. The technology company announced Tuesday the staffing of positions in both its operational and support divisions.

ARC Canada welcomes Mr. John Brake to the role of Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist. Mr. Brake brings decades of experience to ARC Canada’s operations and will play a key role in the mentorship and development of junior staff. “Having worked in Ontario for much of my career, returning to New Brunswick, where I raised my family, has been the goal.  The innovative nature of the ARC Canada technology is the realization of a dream to work on a first of a kind. I look forward to many years with ARC Canada as we deliver new energy producing technology for the people of New Brunswick.”
 
ARC Canada welcomes Ms. Emily Small to the role of Human Resource Generalist. Ms. Small is a recent business graduate of the University of New Brunswick with a major in Human Resource Management. “As a New Brunswicker, it’s with great pride that I build my career close to home. This opportunity with ARC Canada allows for the development of my skill set and assist in the growth of an organization that will provide clean and affordable energy.” Ms. Small brings an energetic disposition to the organization and is assisting in the development of the organizations Human Resource infrastructure.
 
ARC Canada welcomes Ms. Rachel Kierstead to the role of Quality Management Specialist. Graduating from the University of New Brunswick with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Ms. Kierstead has returned to the province to build her career as a chemical engineer. “I’m thrilled at the opportunity to work in my home province and to play a role in the development of clean energy solutions through my position with ARC Canada.”  Ms. Kierstead grew up in Fredericton, New Brunswick in a family of seven sisters. In addition to her impressive educational accomplishments, Ms. Kierstead has been an advocate for innovative energy technology as a young professional. “The ARC Canada vision for New Brunswick is exciting. I will be leveraging my passion for sustainable energy and my education in chemical engineering to assist in a venture that will bring significant opportunities to my home province.”
 
With the growth of the organization, ARC Canada is continuing its commitment to the development of a manufacturing Supply Chain within the Province of New Brunswick and is currently planning a Supply Chain Event in the Fall of 2021.
